I just thought I'd jot down a few things as I am sitting here waiting for tonight's service to start. Somehow, I was selected to be the official seat holder for tonight's service. From what I remember, it went something like this: after we got here and picked out the number of seats we needed, Janice walked away saying "I'll go find everyone." I, for some unknown reason agreed.
Before our arrival here, Janice and I have a great day at Universal Studios Orlando. We rode just about every ride that was available for the riding. The one ride we wanted to ride, "Rockit," was not yet open. Bummer, as it looked to be the best one they had. Of the ones we did ride, the Mummy ride was fantastic. We loved it! Most of the other rides, including M.I.B., which we waited in line about 45 minutes to ride, was nothing to get excited about. Other than that, the day was mildly entertaining. Being the incredibly frugal people that we are and always looking for a bargain, we back a 2 park deal, so tomorrow we are going to Islands of Adventure, also in the Universal park. No matter how you look at it, we are kid-less right now, so everything seems "funner," as I like to say. Yes, Janice always corrects me, but there is just something about that word. I can't put my finger on it....
I am looking forward to another great night of worship here at GA 2009. Each night has been unique and powerful in its own right. Last night I had some things that were on my mind and I was not fully involved in the service. I am hoping to have a better experience tonight and am trusting that God will move once again.
Until later, thanks for following my ramblings. I promise to get some pictures up somewhere soon. You can also check me out on Facebook, as well.
